About the role

  • Support client onboarding by providing product information, coordinating orders, and managing billing and reporting processes
  • Analyze and track licensing requirements for Index products, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Maintain database integrity and reconcile customer fees with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Create reports and insights to support internal teams and improve customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in an analyst or customer-facing role
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Interest in capital markets or fintech
