About the role
- Lead and participate in existing customer calls
- Work closely with existing customers throughout the renewal process by participating in discovery sessions, product demos and presentations
- Collaborate in a team environment to develop strategies and plans for upcoming contract renewals
- Manage a queue of renewal opportunities
- Stay up to date on financial regulatory requirements and industry trends
- Maintain Salesforce to log calls and meetings, relevant information, and forecast sales opportunities
- Conduct monthly and quarterly opportunity forecasting within Clari
- Recognize and pursue upsell opportunities within the current customer base
Requirements
- 1-2 years of Nasdaq Verafin experience required
- Previous sales experience is an asset
- Strong skills in relationship building with key stakeholders
- Effective teamwork with internal teams
- Strategic thinking with long-term strategy focus
