About the role

  • Lead and participate in existing customer calls
  • Work closely with existing customers throughout the renewal process by participating in discovery sessions, product demos and presentations
  • Collaborate in a team environment to develop strategies and plans for upcoming contract renewals
  • Manage a queue of renewal opportunities
  • Stay up to date on financial regulatory requirements and industry trends
  • Maintain Salesforce to log calls and meetings, relevant information, and forecast sales opportunities
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly opportunity forecasting within Clari
  • Recognize and pursue upsell opportunities within the current customer base

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Nasdaq Verafin experience required
  • Previous sales experience is an asset
  • Strong skills in relationship building with key stakeholders
  • Effective teamwork with internal teams
  • Strategic thinking with long-term strategy focus
