- Drive retention by maximizing product adoption and optimizing application use.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management
- Strong ability to engage customers, uncover issues, and build trust
- Skilled at navigating and influencing stakeholders across all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality
- Adaptable and proficient with CRM tools in fast-paced environments
