About the role

  • Support the Communications Lead to advance Nasdaq's purpose initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Communications Lead to design, implement, and evaluate purpose-driven programs
  • Demonstrated ability in creative writing and storytelling, crafting compelling narratives for campaigns, partnerships, or brand initiatives
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media content creation, developing assets that amplify event stories and engage audiences across platforms
  • Strong organizational skills to support project workflows—tracking timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with Nasdaq’s Purpose and brand messaging
  • Execute digital communications for the Purpose strategy across platforms ensuring timely content uploads, platform optimization, and alignment with brand messaging
  • Coordinate with external and internal cross-functional teams to deliver programs effectively
  • Support the development and distribution of communications materials related to Purpose initiatives
  • Manage meeting logistics and document any decision-making
  • Provide primary administrative support for the Purpose team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years supporting a business vertical or collaborative project within a global organization
  • First-class writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a competitive and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms (Knak, Marketo, Drupal)
  • Ability to stay abreast of news, trends, and developments in the space
