About the role
- Driving revenue growth and expanding market share for electric hearth products across North America.
- Focus on customer development, new customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships to position Napoleon as a leader.
- Identify new market opportunities and strengthen key relationships.
- Support brand awareness initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to align products with market demand.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the Senior Director of Sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Electric Hearth, consumer products or home improvement industries.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and acquiring new customers.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving market.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within North America as required.
