About the role

  • Driving revenue growth and expanding market share for electric hearth products across North America.
  • Focus on customer development, new customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships to position Napoleon as a leader.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strengthen key relationships.
  • Support brand awareness initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to align products with market demand.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the Senior Director of Sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Electric Hearth, consumer products or home improvement industries.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and acquiring new customers.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving market.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within North America as required.
