Collect, structure and analyze data from information systems (ERP, WMS, TMS)
Identify levers to optimize flows (procurement, production, distribution)
Build and monitor performance indicators (Service Level, Months on Hand (MOH), Obsolete Inventory, Forecast Accuracy…)
Develop decision-making dashboards
Provide recommendations based on analyses to improve supply chain efficiency
Work closely with planning teams to refine demand forecasts
Participate in supply and inventory planning
Anticipate stock-outs or overstock situations and propose corrective action plans
Contribute to the reliability of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
Lead weekly promotional project progress meetings
Participate in cross-functional projects to improve supply chain processes
Contribute to the development and implementation of new tools and systems
Monitor technology trends and propose innovations
Support logistics and customer service teams in analyzing and resolving field issues
Train users on analysis tools and supply chain best practices

Requirements

Bilingual French/English (written and spoken)
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, or industrial engineering
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain and/or customer service, ideally in an international environment
Strong command of supply chain management tools (SAP)
Good knowledge of customs and logistics regulations
Project management and process improvement skills
Knowledge of pharmacy chain operations in Canada and/or the USA — an asset
Proficiency with analysis and reporting tools
Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset
Analytical mindset and rigor
Responsiveness and ability to handle unexpected issues
