About the role

  • Collect, structure and analyze data from information systems (ERP, WMS, TMS)
  • Identify levers to optimize flows (procurement, production, distribution)
  • Build and monitor performance indicators (Service Level, Months on Hand (MOH), Obsolete Inventory, Forecast Accuracy…)
  • Develop decision-making dashboards
  • Provide recommendations based on analyses to improve supply chain efficiency
  • Work closely with planning teams to refine demand forecasts
  • Participate in supply and inventory planning
  • Anticipate stock-outs or overstock situations and propose corrective action plans
  • Contribute to the reliability of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
  • Lead weekly promotional project progress meetings
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve supply chain processes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new tools and systems
  • Monitor technology trends and propose innovations
  • Support logistics and customer service teams in analyzing and resolving field issues
  • Train users on analysis tools and supply chain best practices

Requirements

  • Bilingual French/English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, or industrial engineering
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain and/or customer service, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong command of supply chain management tools (SAP)
  • Good knowledge of customs and logistics regulations
  • Project management and process improvement skills
  • Knowledge of pharmacy chain operations in Canada and/or the USA — an asset
  • Proficiency with analysis and reporting tools
  • Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset
  • Analytical mindset and rigor
  • Responsiveness and ability to handle unexpected issues
