About the role
- Collect, structure and analyze data from information systems (ERP, WMS, TMS)
- Identify levers to optimize flows (procurement, production, distribution)
- Build and monitor performance indicators (Service Level, Months on Hand (MOH), Obsolete Inventory, Forecast Accuracy…)
- Develop decision-making dashboards
- Provide recommendations based on analyses to improve supply chain efficiency
- Work closely with planning teams to refine demand forecasts
- Participate in supply and inventory planning
- Anticipate stock-outs or overstock situations and propose corrective action plans
- Contribute to the reliability of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
- Lead weekly promotional project progress meetings
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve supply chain processes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new tools and systems
- Monitor technology trends and propose innovations
- Support logistics and customer service teams in analyzing and resolving field issues
- Train users on analysis tools and supply chain best practices
Requirements
- Bilingual French/English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, or industrial engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain and/or customer service, ideally in an international environment
- Strong command of supply chain management tools (SAP)
- Good knowledge of customs and logistics regulations
- Project management and process improvement skills
- Knowledge of pharmacy chain operations in Canada and/or the USA — an asset
- Proficiency with analysis and reporting tools
- Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset
- Analytical mindset and rigor
- Responsiveness and ability to handle unexpected issues
