About the role
- Handle customer inquiries via email (70%) and calls (30%)
- Assist customers and resolve issues for a US-based e-commerce (electrical gadgets) platform
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Resolve concerns, follow up efficiently, and ensure smooth professional communication
- Log interactions in the system and maintain records
- Deliver high-quality service and meet KPIs
Requirements
- English: C1
- 1+ year experience in a US campaign (customer service)
- Strong email writing skills a must
- Graduates, dropouts, or gap-year students welcome (no undergraduates)
- On-site in Maadi – Night shifts (start 3:00 or 4:00 PM Cairo time)
- Egyptians (job listing references Egyptians)
- Availability for 9-hour shifts including 1.5 hour break and 2 rotational days off per week
- Ability to meet KPIs and attendance expectations
- Total Package: EGP 17,500
- Base Salary: EGP 13,000
- Attendance Bonus: EGP 2,000
- KPI Bonus: EGP 2,500
- Transportation Allowance: EGP 1,100
- Training Allowance (based on experience): 5 Days = EGP 1,000; 10 Days = EGP 2,000
