About the role

  • Handle customer inquiries via email (70%) and calls (30%)
  • Assist customers and resolve issues for a US-based e-commerce (electrical gadgets) platform
  • Provide accurate product and service information
  • Resolve concerns, follow up efficiently, and ensure smooth professional communication
  • Log interactions in the system and maintain records
  • Deliver high-quality service and meet KPIs

Requirements

  • English: C1
  • 1+ year experience in a US campaign (customer service)
  • Strong email writing skills a must
  • Graduates, dropouts, or gap-year students welcome (no undergraduates)
  • On-site in Maadi – Night shifts (start 3:00 or 4:00 PM Cairo time)
  • Egyptians (job listing references Egyptians)
  • Availability for 9-hour shifts including 1.5 hour break and 2 rotational days off per week
  • Ability to meet KPIs and attendance expectations

  • Base Salary: EGP 13,000
