About the role
- Handle inquiries via email and calls (70% email, 30% calls)
- Assist customers and resolve issues
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Resolve concerns and follow up efficiently
- Log interactions in the system
- Deliver high-quality service and meet KPIs
- Maintain professional and smooth communication with customers
Requirements
- English: C1
- 1+ year experience in a US campaign (customer service)
- Strong email writing skills a must
- Graduates, dropouts, or gap-year students welcome (no undergraduates)
- On-site in Maadi – Night shifts (start 3:00 or 4:00 PM Cairo time)
- Egyptians
- Working Hours: 9 hours (including 1.5 hr break)
- 2 rotational days off per week
- Fixed US night shifts (3:00 or 4:00 PM Cairo time)
- Total Package: EGP 17,500
- Attendance Bonus: EGP 2,000
- KPI Bonus: EGP 2,500
- Transportation Allowance: EGP 1,100
- Training Allowance (based on experience): 5 Days = EGP 1,000; 10 Days = EGP 2,000

- Overnight transportation allowance
