Social Media Manager

• Own Nanoleaf’s organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn
• Build and manage a multi-channel content calendar aligned with marketing and business priorities
• Create and publish engaging content (short-form video, posts, stories, etc.)
• Create briefs and collaborate with UGCs to generate content when relevant
• Track trends, platform changes, and cultural moments to keep Nanoleaf relevant and competitive
• Grow Nanoleaf’s online community through engagement, interaction, and community-first content
• Analyze performance and provide regular reporting and insights to improve results
• Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Design, Product Marketing, Sales) to align on key initiatives
• Partner with the PR/Influencer team to ensure influencer content aligns with organic social strategy
• Repurpose influencer and creator content into platform-optimized organic posts where appropriate
