About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own campaign strategy, performance, and execution across digital channels, including paid media, eCommerce, online retail support, email, and SMS.
  • Manage a small creative and marketing team, and lead the Ads Manager responsible for paid media execution, ensuring strong performance and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Design and optimize content for websites, landing pages, banners, product details pages (PDPs), and digital campaigns.
  • Own email and SMS marketing strategy and execution, managing and optimizing flows and segmenting audiences to improve retention and lifetime value.
  • Lead paid media strategy across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, reviewing performance regularly and providing clear optimization direction.
  • Track and report on KPIs across all channels, using data to drive decisions and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with full campaign ownership
  • Strong understanding of paid media (Meta, Google, Amazon Ads), with experience leading or overseeing performance marketing
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Proven experience with email and SMS marketing (Klaviyo preferred)
  • Strong experience with eCommerce and/or Amazon marketplaces
  • Ability to manage both creative direction and performance metrics
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
