About the role
- Support and conduct recruitment and selection (R&S) processes for Marketing, Sales, Creative, and strategic areas under the guidance of leadership.
- Identify and select candidates aligned with the job profile and company culture.
- Screen resumes, conduct pre-interviews, and administer and track tests and case studies.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and partners.
- Prepare and record standardized candidate evaluations.
- Maintain an up-to-date talent pool segmented by profile.
- Participate in meetings to map vacancy needs and job requirements.
- Propose improvements to the recruitment funnel, templates, and process communications.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience, providing feedback within SLA.
- Handle a high volume of concurrent vacancies, prioritizing and flagging risks.
- Monitor and update recruitment KPIs in spreadsheets and simple dashboards, including time-to-fill per role, funnel by stage, approval rate, sourcing channels, response SLA, and candidate NPS.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields, with an expected graduation date from 06/2026 onward.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prior experience in the role is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and funnels, and experience updating KPIs.
- Knowledge of the Solides platform.
- Experience with Human Resources or recruitment processes.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines.
