About the role

  • Handling support tickets and customer inquiries (email & tool-based)
  • Conducting software demos for prospects (inbound leads)
  • Supporting new customers during onboarding
  • Pre-qualifying leads and forwarding relevant inquiries to the founder
  • Documenting frequently asked questions (FAQs, Help Center)
  • Close collaboration with Product & Development (customer-perspective feedback)

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support, customer success, or a SaaS environment
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Structured, reliable, and empathetic work approach
  • Confident handling of digital tools (ticketing systems, video calls)
  • Ideally: basic understanding of property management / rental management
  • Nice to have: experience with B2B SaaS
  • Affinity for software and processes
  • Experience with demos or customer consulting
  • Plus: experience with nahausDE or a comparable property management software
