About the role
- Customer support: You answer questions from our users via email and phone.
- Onboarding: You help new customers get familiar with our software.
- Initial troubleshooting: You detect issues and forward them to our team.
- Customer feedback: You collect feedback and help us improve Nahaus GmbH.
- Documentation & guides: If you enjoy it, you can also create guides for frequent questions.
Requirements
- Experience in property management or rent accounting (e.g., as a property manager, in tenancy/HOA management, or leasing)
- Strong communication skills & customer orientation – you can explain complex topics clearly.
- Basic technical understanding – not afraid of software and digital tools.
- Independent and reliable work style.
- Good written and spoken German.
- Nice to have, but not required: experience in support or customer service.
- Initial exposure to PropTech or digital management tools.
