About the role

  • Customer support: You answer questions from our users via email and phone.
  • Onboarding: You help new customers get familiar with our software.
  • Initial troubleshooting: You detect issues and forward them to our team.
  • Customer feedback: You collect feedback and help us improve Nahaus GmbH.
  • Documentation & guides: If you enjoy it, you can also create guides for frequent questions.

Requirements

  • Experience in property management or rent accounting (e.g., as a property manager, in tenancy/HOA management, or leasing)
  • Strong communication skills & customer orientation – you can explain complex topics clearly.
  • Basic technical understanding – not afraid of software and digital tools.
  • Independent and reliable work style.
  • Good written and spoken German.
  • Nice to have, but not required: experience in support or customer service.
  • Initial exposure to PropTech or digital management tools.
