About the role

  • Design and execute full-funnel digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and ABM, using AI and automation to optimize creative, spend, and targeting.
  • Manage the website experience, landing pages, and conversion flows with an experimentation mindset focused on performance and lead velocity.
  • Build and maintain an AI-informed testing framework for audience segmentation, creative performance, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers supporting digital execution, paid programs, and analytics.
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms to continually push Nagomi’s growth strategy forward.
  • Own campaign analytics and reporting in HubSpot, GA4, and other core systems to track performance and pipeline impact.
  • Partner with marketing operations resources to implement AI-powered dashboards, attribution models, and predictive insights.
  • Run regular A/B and multivariate tests to improve funnel performance across awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations that shape campaign strategy, budget allocation, and channel mix.
  • Work closely with product marketing, brand, and GTM teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
  • Align growth efforts to company goals around awareness, pipeline contribution, and efficiency.
  • Move fast, communicate clearly, and deliver measurable outcomes that demonstrate marketing’s impact on revenue.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Deep knowledge of paid and organic acquisition, marketing automation, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience using AI tools and data modeling to enhance targeting, personalization, and reporting.
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and modern campaign management platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into fast action.
  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline growth through experimentation and performance-driven strategy.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.
  • It’s Nice if you have:
  • Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
  • Basic graphic design or video editing capability.
  • Familiarity with website CMS tools and conversion optimization platforms.
