About the role

  • Creating plans to drive partnership sales
  • Create and deliver comprehensive onboarding tools for partners
  • Collaborate with partner sales teams to help close/win deals

  • Act as the primary point of contact, resolving conflicts
  • Measure KPIs, monitoring partner sales performance
  • Work closely with marketing, product management, and other internal teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing partner strategy in Healthcare SaaS
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner enablement programs
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and market insights
  • Proven project management skills
  • Highly collaborative with a passion for partner relationships
  • Proactive and self-motivated; takes ownership and acts with minimal supervision
  • Adapts quickly to changing priorities and processes
