About the role
- Creating plans to drive partnership sales
- Create and deliver comprehensive onboarding tools for partners
- Collaborate with partner sales teams to help close/win deals
- Analyze market trends and partner feedback
- Act as the primary point of contact, resolving conflicts
- Measure KPIs, monitoring partner sales performance
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and other internal teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing partner strategy in Healthcare SaaS
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner enablement programs
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and market insights
- Proven project management skills
- Highly collaborative with a passion for partner relationships
- Proactive and self-motivated; takes ownership and acts with minimal supervision
- Adapts quickly to changing priorities and processes
