About the role

  • Serve as the President’s right-hand operator, helping translate priorities into clear plans, sequencing work, and ensuring follow-through across the portfolio
  • Act as the connective glue across business lines and leaders, driving alignment, resolving blockers, and pushing decisions to closure in a fast-paced environment
  • Build and continuously refine the operating cadence that reduces chaos and increases leverage for the President and CEO
  • Support clear, direct communication from the President to leaders and teams, ensuring priorities, expectations, and decisions are understood and acted on
  • Prepare high-quality executive materials and narratives for internal leadership moments and external/community-facing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6–12+ years in roles such as: Consulting, Strategy & operations, Program management, High-growth startups, Finance / investment roles with operational exposure
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional priorities to completion in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Strong financial and P&L literacy
  • Strong project/program management skills (planning, dependencies, timelines, follow-through)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to create executive-ready updates and materials
  • Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills.
