• Owning a portfolio of retainer clients (N4+) as their primary strategic contact at N4 Studio
• Leading roadmapping, prioritisation, and performance reviews across your accounts
• Translating client goals into clear, actionable briefs for design, development, and content teams
• Proactively identifying and driving account expansion opportunities, including Webflow’s Optimise and Analyse products, and presenting them as natural recommendations
• Managing retainer budgets month by month, scoping work accurately and catching scope or budget risks early
• Running regular governance calls and producing reporting that clients actually find valuable
• Contributing to how the Client Success function operates, including improving how we scope, brief, and track delivery
• Staying current on digital marketing trends, particularly in SEO/AEO and web performance, to bring informed perspective to client conversations
