About the role

  • Work with leadership to manage our project and program staffing cadence, process, and assignment tracking to set metrics such as utilization
  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
  • Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open
  • Partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies
  • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements
  • Provide support to Human Resources and general office management
  • Work with leadership to manage the project and program resource staffing process. This includes tracking current resource assignments, future demand, and facilitating the weekly staffing review, and assignment process
  • Work with team leaders to evaluate utilization trends, troubleshoot and problem solve for near term issues while also determining when to hire, what role, and what level
  • As the business grows, work with management to continuously improve the staffing and recruiting processes; ensuring we have the right resources for the right projects at the right time
  • Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
  • Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
  • Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
  • Support onboarding logistics by preparing workspace, equipment, and resources for new hires.
  • Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired employees, and other designations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and ensure a well-functioning, organized workspace
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Manage mail, shipping, and general office communications
  • Assist with scheduling in-office meetings, team gatherings, and company events
  • Oversee office access, visitor management, and workspace layout updates
  • Hybrid schedule, 3 days/week in our Boston office

Requirements

  • Familiarity with staffing models and metrics in a professional services setting
  • 3 or more years of experience in recruitment with proven results
  • Experience developing recruitment strategy
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods
  • Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for recruiting
  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
  • Ability to travel when needed
