About the role
- Own end-to-end recruiting for clinical, technical, and AI roles in a fast paced, high-growth environment
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our teams
- Manage the full cycle, from identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, to conducting interviews and extending offers
- Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization
- Proactively source and engage top-tier diverse talent in competitive markets
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines while delivering a standout candidate experience
- Adapt and iterate recruiting strategies as the company scales
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, including clinical, technical, and AI roles
- Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
- Passionate about people and providing the best candidate experience
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top-tier Technical talent
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Strong sourcing instincts and comfort recruiting for hard-to-fill roles
- Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Clear communicator who can influence and collaborate across teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
