About the role

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for clinical, technical, and AI roles in a fast paced, high-growth environment
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our teams
  • Manage the full cycle, from identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, to conducting interviews and extending offers
  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization
  • Proactively source and engage top-tier diverse talent in competitive markets
  • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines while delivering a standout candidate experience
  • Adapt and iterate recruiting strategies as the company scales
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, including clinical, technical, and AI roles
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
  • Passionate about people and providing the best candidate experience
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top-tier Technical talent
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong sourcing instincts and comfort recruiting for hard-to-fill roles
  • Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
  • Clear communicator who can influence and collaborate across teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
