About the role

  • Work flexibly to deliver engaging learning experiences across various locations and at different times of day to meet the needs of our team
  • Design, develop and continuously improve learning content across a range of formats (in person, virtual, blended and digital), translating defined learning needs into clear objectives and practical activities
  • Use learner feedback, evaluation and business insight to refine learning materials and delivery approach
  • Facilitate inclusive, supportive learning environments that encourage participation and application
  • Support subject matter experts and internal facilitators to deliver learning to a high standard
  • Gather learner feedback and practical insight from delivery to understand learning effectiveness and experience
  • Work in partnership with Talent Development Assistants to interpret evaluation data and translate this into clear improvement actions
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insight to improve learning content, delivery and learner engagement
  • Share themes, risks and opportunities with senior team members and stakeholders to inform continuous improvement
  • Ensure learning approaches remain inclusive and aligned to agreed quality standards, strengthening consistency across N

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growing company, ideally multi-site
  • Proven experience in a learning, training or talent development function
  • Demonstrable skills in blended learning design and delivery
  • Confidence using digital tools and learning systems (experience with Attensi is a plus)
  • Experience delivering operational, compliance or regulated training is desirable
  • Early Years sector experience is a bonus, but not required
  • No formal qualifications are required to apply for this role
  • The successful candidate will be expected to complete and maintain any relevant industry qualifications required to deliver regulated training (e.g. Paediatric First Aid)
