Content Manager

• Build and run Myzone’s global content engine across B2B and B2C audiences
• Develop content across product, proof, and motivation/MoTech pillars
• Turn internal product, sales, customer success, and leadership knowledge into scalable content
• Own and maintain a prioritised content roadmap aligned to commercial objectives
• Create content supporting demand creation, conversion, enquiry, purchase, adoption, and engagement
• Optimise website journeys, landing pages, and conversion touchpoints with Digital
• Create and optimise B2B and B2C lifecycle content for lead nurture, product onboarding, retention, and engagement
• Partner with CRM to improve funnel progression and lifecycle messaging
• Support content execution across LinkedIn, short-form video, email, and CRM
• Adapt content for different formats, platforms, and audiences
• Create sales and product enablement materials including case studies, one-pagers, decks, and supporting materials
• Collaborate with Creative to brief and develop commercially effective, brand-aligned assets
• Track and report engagement, website conversion, CRM performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution
• Use data and user behaviour insights to test, learn, iterate, and refine content
• Coordinate content across campaigns, launches, and initiatives with Digital, CRM, Creative, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
