About the role

  • Build and establish a unified sales and business development model that provides orientation, comparability, and scalability across all agencies.
  • Establish a single source of truth for commercial data to make potential, performance, and levers visible and to enable better decisions at both group and agency levels.
  • Develop, scale, and implement new go-to-market models and business development initiatives in close collaboration with the agencies.
  • Identify strategic growth and transformation opportunities within and between agencies and translate these opportunities into concrete initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Take ownership of strategic projects: bring together relevant stakeholders and ensure sustainable implementation.
  • Monitor market and customer developments and provide targeted input for future-oriented, market-driven initiatives within the MYTY Group.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in strategy, transformation, business consulting, or scale-ups.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and high affinity for technology and data.
  • Experience with management and C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a structured and pragmatic working approach.
  • Strong ownership mindset and a determination to not only design solutions but to implement them effectively.
