About the role

  • ERP systems & CRM: You are the central point of contact for our agency software (MOCO) and our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • You coordinate and optimize group-wide processes, ensure data quality and hygiene, and analyze relevant KPIs.
  • Process optimization: You identify improvement opportunities, support the implementation of new features, and promote best-practice sharing across the group.
  • First-level support: You assist users with all questions related to MOCO and HubSpot and act as an interface to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting & analysis: Create, evaluate, and present relevant reports to manage and further optimize operational processes.
  • Change management: Facilitate and support discussions around system usage, process adjustments, and the strategic development of the holding.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in digital project management or client consulting, ideally in an agency, consultancy, or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools and processes, ideally with initial experience in MOCO and HubSpot.
  • Quick learner with a strong interest in process optimization.
  • High concentration and stamina for the diligent handling of recurring workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style.
  • Experience working with demanding stakeholder environments and enthusiasm for cross-team collaboration.
