About the role
- Design and deploy mandatory training sessions for Product, Tools, and Processes (sales and CSM).
- Create and develop a post-training certification system.
- Reshape current playbooks on all sales processes (outbound, discovery, etc.).
- Create tailored enablement materials: decks, Modjo sessions, libraries.
- Build a ready-to-use environment: tools, templates, optimized processes.
- Ensure continuous enablement and guarantee adoption of new features with tailored support.
- Develop specialized training with internal/external speakers and custom individual support.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement; regularly update materials, training, and certifications.
- Act as bridge between Product/BV teams and Sales/CSM; collaborate with Ops on tools.
- Measure effectiveness of training programs using performance KPIs; identify skill gaps and optimize.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Enablement, sales training, or similar roles.
- Experience in a SaaS/Tech environment highly valued.
- Knowledge of modern sales tools (CRM, Modjo, etc.).
- French and English mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
- Pedagogy: ability to simplify complex concepts and create engaging training.
- Rigor: ability to build structured and scalable processes.
- Collaboration: ease in working with cross-functional teams.
- AI-oriented mindset.
- Soft skills: results-driven, proactive, empathetic, curious.
- Nice to have: Proficiency in creative tools (Canva, Figma, video tools).
- Nice to have: Experience in e-learning and training platforms.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, etc.).
