About the role
- Serve as a liaison among Mythics Sales teams, Legal, and the Oracle Channels Organization for nonstandard deals
- Write detailed business justifications in support of nonstandard deal approval requests
- Create quotes and submit documents using Oracle’s online deal submission portal
- Manage Nonstandard Approval Process activities including initial submissions, resubmissions, POD requests, and deal updates
- Maintain accuracy in reporting and documentation, including Oracle price lists and active deal logs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the Oracle Channels Organization
- Learn and maintain policy documents related to the approval process and Sales cycle
- Keep Sales informed and trained on Oracle policy changes impacting the Nonstandard Approval Process
- Create and review pricing documents using Excel and support maintaining a Partner Contracts repository
- Send weekly emails to Sales with pricing and policy documentation updates
- Assist with review and updates to End User License Agreements
- Participate in and/or develop training for Sales on the Nonstandard Approval Process, Oracle Policy Updates, EULAs, and pricing models
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, English or Communications and/or equivalent work experience
- Experience using spreadsheet and database applications, data query tools, and MS Office applications, Excel
- 1-2 years’ contracts experience working with a Reseller (a plus)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and apply problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships within and outside of the company
- Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and grammar skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
- High level of information retention and recall
- Must pass pre-employment drug test (Drug-Free Workplace Act compliance)
