Issue purchase orders to vendors in accordance with vendor ordering documents within short turnaround time, in support of the sales process.
Verify documentation for new contract awards and setting up projects for tracking.
Prepare documentation needed to process the life of a contract.
Record job related fees.
Balance job profitability.
Provide input regarding procedure and process improvements in order to provide greater efficiency.
May assist training less experienced staff in order administration and serve as a team buddy for new hires.
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Attend team meetings and other meetings as required.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
5 - 6 years’ experience in sales order processing or general administrative role.
Work experience utilizing order management, financial software systems such as NetSuite, MS Excel or other data management tools.
Demonstrated intermediate knowledge and use of MS Office Suite and data management tools
