Partner with the SVP of Consulting and SVP of finance to support analysis for investment decisions, annual planning, and execution strategies with a focus on tracking and meeting financial performance objectives.
Participate in the financial development of annual budget and monthly P&L forecast.
Review and prepare advanced financial analyses such as funding sales outlook, cost-volume-profit analysis, backlog and resource utilization.
Support review and improvement of various processes to include overhead reporting, resource utilization, investment prioritization, risk mitigation and efficiency opportunities.
Develop reports and dashboards to track business performance, identify trends and proactively engage with functional leaders to stay ahead of the curve and ensure agreed upon corporate goals and milestones are being met.
Support existing governance model to ensure the integrity, timing, accuracy, accessibility, consistency and completeness of data to improve information and risk management.
Strive for continual improvement of operational best practices.
Work in close cooperation with all other areas of the organization.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field (advanced degree a plus)
Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 5 years of Government contracting experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT consulting environment
Expert level in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
Proficiency with BI tools; NetSuite OpenAir and CRM preferred
Strong time-management and organizational ability
Sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership and leading data-driven analyses
Advanced presentation skills, with ability to guide and influence senior leaders and other key stakeholders
Strong ability to perform in a high pace environment and multitask
