About the role

  • Analyze business requirements across regions and factories, proposing innovative solutions to meet organizational needs
  • Harmonize business processes, eliminating template deviations and aligning with product line and business archetype logic
  • Collaborate with regional and local teams to resolve SAP system-related issues and manage the demand funnel for new requirements
  • Proactively address user pain points by resolving incidents and analyzing patterns to enhance incident management efficiency
  • Create comprehensive SAP training materials and user manuals to support ongoing system use and operational excellence
  • Develop and deliver tailored training sessions to empower local Business Process Owner and key users, enhancing SAP system proficiency
  • Lead change initiatives by driving the adoption of globally harmonized processes and minimizing local customizations
  • Monitor and report on implementation progress, ensuring adherence to global processes and sharing best practices across regions
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational roles related to business process management or program implementation in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience in at least one of the following SAP modules: SD, MM, PP, PS, QM, PM, EWM, or GTT
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and incidents, identify patterns, and propose effective solutions that meet business needs
  • Effective communication skills with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels
