About the role
- Build, manage, and grow an assigned territory.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new opportunities from prospect to close.
- Establish and maintain a strong local presence through outbound communication, networking, events, and partnerships.
- Deliver tailored demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for territory growth and future expansion.
- Partner with internal teams to align strategies, share insights, and maximize client success.
- Approximately 70% travel within your territory to build and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
- Proven success in outbound sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a local/community focus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-starter with resilience and a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 70%.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, as this role requires frequent in-person visits to client locations.
