Project Manager

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for ERP and SaaS implementation projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations
• Lead full lifecycle delivery of ERP and SaaS projects (including Sage X3, Intacct, CloudDocs)
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong, trusted relationships
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations effectively
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure delivery readiness and alignment
• Maintain high-quality project documentation (plans, UAT, go-live readiness)
