Business Development Rep

• Identifying, developing and winning new X3CloudDocs business across the Sage X3 customer community
• Building relationships with Finance Directors, CFOs and senior decision-makers to understand their challenges and demonstrate business value
• Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and closing deals
• Developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, marketing-generated leads, networking and industry events
• Delivering tailored product demonstrations and presenting compelling ROI-driven business cases
• Managing a portfolio of existing customers, supporting renewals and identifying opportunities to introduce additional X3CloudDocs modules
• Conducting regular customer reviews to build long-term relationships and maximise customer success
• Working closely with our Marketing team to follow up campaigns, generate demand and contribute to webinars, case studies and customer success stories
• Keeping your CRM pipeline up to date and providing accurate sales forecasts
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to help strengthen our sales approach and product positioning
• Collaborating with Pre-Sales, Consultancy, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through to implementation
• Playing an active role in helping grow one of Mysoft's fastest-growing SaaS products

• Configuring and optimising Sage X3 modules to meet customer needs and project objectives.
• Collaborating with technical teams to deliver customisations, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Leading testing, data migration validation, and deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, providing guidance and resolving issues.
• Delivering user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support effective system adoption.
• Providing post-go-live support, system optimisation, and ongoing consultancy.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Maintaining expertise in Sage X3 and keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
