About the role

  • Take the lead on technical and impactful client projects
  • Define project objectives and develop implementation processes
  • Manage each phase through completion
  • Design and document installation and testing procedures
  • Develop detailed Methods of Procedure (MOPs)
  • Guide internal and subcontracted teams to deliver outstanding results
  • Work in a hybrid capacity supporting projects across diverse locations and time zones
  • Communicate with clients to maintain relationships and meet project goals

Requirements

  • 7+ years data center services background and structured cabling experience
  • Strong understanding of services engagement and 3rd party subcontractor process, pricing, and communications
  • Ability to learn new technologies and solutions and communicate them to Clients, Subcontractors and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to multi-task across numerous jobs, locations, and responsibilities
  • Excellent management and project communications skills
  • Knowledge of project accounting and administration
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • BICSI Certification a plus
  • OSHA-30 Certification a plus
  • Relevant Panduit Certifications a plus
  • Cisco CCNA/CCNP and other certifications a plus
  • Weekend, evening, and holiday work required.
