Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, marketing, data science, management information systems, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in business analytics, forecasting, strategic insights, commercial insights, or related field; experience in downstream capacity preferred.
Expert proficiency in analytic and quantitative modeling and data visualization using Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint or Data Visualization Platform (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc).
Advanced proficiency in database development, database management, and data mining using tools such as Snowflake, Python, and R.
Strong working knowledge using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Experience applying descriptive and inferential statistical principles (variance, standard deviation, regression, etc.) to interpret sample data.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to synthesize large volumes of data and articulate complex findings clearly to stakeholders.
Strong communication/presentation, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to teach and mentor team members.
