About the role
- Turn customer, competitor and industry insights into purposeful product positioning.
- Shape messaging and storytelling that resonates with Solo by MYOB customers and partners.
- Lead go‑to‑market plans for product enhancements and launches.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Strategic Partnerships and Support to champion a unified customer experience.
- Analyse market movements and help find new opportunities that support Solo’s growth.
- Segment customers and define target personas to guide decision‑making and campaign strategy.
- Contribute to crafting compelling campaigns and offers that helps more customers discover Solo to grow our customer base.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Marketing, ideally within SaaS or tech-enabled businesses.
- A track record of turning insights into messaging and strategies that get results.
- Confident owning go‑to‑market strategies and collaborating across functions.
- Strong analytical skills and ease working with data to guide decisions.
- Excellent storytelling skills — able to make the complex simple, and the simple compelling.
- Comfortable influencing without authority and building strong relationships.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where curiosity and authenticity matter.
