About the role
- You'll join a high-performing agile squad that is engineering new products to empower partner accountants and bookkeepers with robust, high-performance workforce software.
- As a Developer, you’ll be a key hands-on contributor.
- Collaborate closely with your teammates to solve real customer problems, build reliable and scalable services, and help shape how we use AI and modern engineering practices to deliver great payroll experiences.
Requirements
- Solid engineering experience: You have a track record of delivering production-quality software and owning features from idea through to deployment and support.
- Modern full-stack skills: Experience with at least one of C# .NET, Scala, or JavaScript, and familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.
- Collaborative mindset: You enjoy working in cross-functional agile teams, pairing with others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture.
- Hands-on technical proficiency: You are comfortable working with your development tools, debugging issues, writing clean, testable code, and continuously improving how you work.
- Growth and impact focus: You’re curious about AI-assisted development and modern engineering practices, keen to learn from senior engineers, and motivated to increase your impact over time by improving performance, reliability, and efficiency across our systems.
