- You will identify optimization opportunities in HR processes and independently implement projects (e.g., in digitalization, automation or AI applications in HR).
- You will be responsible for and optimize operational HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, contract management, personnel administration).
- You will actively drive talent acquisition (active sourcing, building networks, using innovative recruiting channels) and develop sustainable talent pipelines for future needs.
Requirements
- You have gained initial practical experience in HR — e.g., through internships, working-student roles or an initial permanent position, ideally with a focus on recruiting.

- You have excellent communication skills and present yourself confidently and courteously when interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- You have fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- You handle sensitive data responsibly and discreetly.
- You are interested in modern HR approaches and innovations (e.g., digitalization, automation or AI in HR).
