About the role
- Own topline KPI reporting and analysis for weekly management meetings
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and quarterly board packages for investors.
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
- Analyze product lines, customer segments, and business units to understand performance drivers and forecast results
- Build and refine financial models aligned with US-based revenue, cost structures, and business operations
- Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, product launches, and acquisitions
- Identify opportunities for margin improvement through pricing strategies and cost efficiencies
- Define, refine, and track KPIs that drive operational and financial performance
- Benchmark company performance against industry peers and competitors
- Leverage data and systems to recommend improvements to internal processes and decision-making
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management accounting, or consulting in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of US GAAP fundamentals, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow relationships.
- Strong grasp of operating expense structures in US-based companies (Technology, SAAS)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience extracting and structuring data from systems such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Ability to clearly explain financial insights to US-based stakeholders across time zones
- Strong analytical curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory.
