About the role
- A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for high-volume recruiting for various positions.
- In this role, you'll be a full lifecycle recruiter, assisting in creating a streamlined hiring process and partnering with internal stakeholders to fill entry-level warehouse positions to mid-level management roles.
- A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
- They will be able to attract candidates using various sources, including social media networks and employee referrals.
- The responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in warehousing, supply chain, and/or industrial manufacturing fields preferred.
- MS Office application and Excel Skills.
- Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) preferred.
