About the role
- Assist the Branch Manager with managing employees and activities at the branch
- Properly maintain a high value inventory
- Provide and maintain excellent customer service
- Accurately schedule employees and shifts with safety, productivity, and customer service in mind
- Ensure compliance with and training on all company policies including state and federal regulations
- Meet current branch goals, annual branch budget and profitably grow respective branch
- Communicate goals throughout the branch
- Monitor and maintain branch performance goals/standards
- Coach all branch employees to success
- Oversee and monitor branch sales
- Assist with recruiting and training staff at the branch
- Manage the branch teller staff
Requirements
- Proven leadership, team building, and communication skills
- Live and work with a very high level of integrity
- Ability to cultivate a culture of teamwork, customer focus, and respect
- Keen eye for detail and safety
- Numerous years of experience with inventory control, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting
- Direct involvement in developing customer service experiences and exceeding expectations
- High level of experience with Microsoft products
- Proven track record of a minimum of two years in management of at least ten employees including recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent
- Experience with both fleet and MHE safety and maintenance
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
