Quantitative Risk Manager

Data Analyst

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines connecting trading data, CRM data (e.g., HubSpot), support platforms, payments, risk systems, and other operational tools.
• Partner with engineering to ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across the organization.
• Develop scalable data models and schemas to support analytics, forecasting, and operational automation.
• Implement tools for data extraction, cleaning, and normalization.
• Own MFF’s BI environment (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar).
• Build dashboards for executive leadership, product, risk, operations, and customer support.
• Develop automated weekly, monthly, and real-time reports to track key KPIs as required.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on trading behaviour, risk signals, trader churn, evaluation success rates, anomalies, and financial performance.

• Develop Real-Time Trading Features – Design and implement live copy trading systems, market depth panels, and real-time order flow visualizations.
• Architect Scalable Solutions – Build reusable, performant components within an Nx monorepo architecture.
• Ensure Code Quality – Maintain comprehensive test coverage (Vitest, Playwright), Storybook documentation, and participate in thorough peer reviews.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with backend engineers for API integration and designers for high-fidelity UI/UX implementation.
• Optimize Performance – Manage WebSocket data streams, ensuring smooth rendering of live market updates and minimal latency.
• You'll take ownership of our custom charting library, maintaining and enhancing features including:
• Real-time rendering of candlestick charts, line charts, and technical indicators.
• High-frequency data updates (tick-by-tick market data).
• Interactive drawing tools (trendlines, fibonacci retracements, support/resistance levels).
• Multiple timeframes and chart types.
• Smooth animations and transitions without performance degradation.
• Touch and mouse interactions for pan, zoom, and selection.
• Overlay indicators and studies (moving averages, Bollinger Bands, RSI, MACD, etc.).
• Beyond charting, you'll also contribute to general frontend development across our trading platform, working on user interfaces, dashboards, and other product features as needed.

Frontend Engineer – Trading Platform

• Develop and execute a cohesive engagement strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Discord.
• Manage daily audience interaction—comments, messages, mentions, UGC, shares, and community conversations.
• Partner with the content team on platform-specific rollouts for videos, marketing initiatives, and educational content.
• Audit existing social channels to identify gaps, platform opportunities, and areas to prioritize.
• Maintain a lively, on-brand, responsive social media presence with compelling copy and real-time reactions.
