About the role
- Own content scheduling across platforms, ensuring posts go out on time and correctly.
- Publish content via Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Edit short-form videos: TikToks using Veed.
- TikToks and Reels edited directly on mobile.
- Design thumbnails optimised for clicks.
- Generate clear, engaging captions tailored to each platform.
- Edit and publish simple Reels.
- Monitor basic performance and use insights to improve future posts.
- Maintain extremely high attention to detail across all content.
- Ensure spelling, formatting, pacing, visuals, and branding are always on point.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in social media or content.
- Excellent written English with strong content creation skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and quality-focused.
- Familiar with social media tools, analytics, and best practices.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Comfortable editing on desktop and mobile.
- Confident owning content scheduling.
- Available Monday–Friday during UK hours.
