About the role
- Provide support to Mycon clients via chat, email and phone, advising customers on topics such as allocation/award processes, app access, asset exchange, transfer of ownership, account/profile updates, installment payments, installment negotiations, quota cancellation/reactivation, purchase and sale of quotas, and other related matters.
- Resolve inquiries about Mycon and consortium (consórcio) matters.
- Provide service using objection-handling techniques to succeed in negotiation and retention, aiming to prevent cancellations.
- Assist, when necessary, with other activities related to Customer Success and Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Master and apply objection‑handling techniques; strong argumentation and persuasion skills are required.
- Ability to act in critical cases, providing appropriate measures for case containment.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Passion for Customer Experience and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
- Knowledge of consórcio (consortium) processes.
- Familiarity with the NewCon system.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Office suite.
