About the role

  • Assist with IT governance activities and cost management (FinOps);
  • Collect data for performance indicators (SLAs, availability, incidents) and generate regular reports;
  • Keep the company's hardware and software inventory up to date;
  • Monitor cloud spending dashboards daily (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud);
  • Support identification and tagging of resources to ensure each cost is assigned to the correct cost center;
  • Flag underutilized resources or idle instances that can be shut down or resized;
  • Monitor spending dashboards daily;
  • Provide support for internal and external tools;
  • Provide technical support to headquarters and branch offices;
  • Participate in documenting processes and technical procedures;
  • Collaborate with the team on continuous improvements to the IT infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress);
  • Experience in support and IT governance processes;
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and maintenance/hardware;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of Linux, Datadog, and Microsoft Intune.
