About the role
- Work closely with the founders as a trusted partner, supporting strategic decision-making, business planning, and key company initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across business, technology, and operations, ensuring alignment with company priorities and delivery on key milestones.
- Design, implement, and improve processes that strengthen organizational efficiency and enable scalable company growth.
- Support people operations and financial planning processes, including hiring, budgeting, and coordination with external partners.
- Assist in preparing board meetings, financing rounds, and investor materials to enable clear and effective communication.
- Help strengthen the organizational structure, support leadership processes, and contribute to building a high-performing company culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with a strong commercial and analytical profile and an interest in deep-tech and science-driven innovation.
- Degree in business, management, business & technology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
- Experience in consulting, venture building, the industrial bioeconomy, or (bio-)chemical industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with target markets such as personal care & cosmetics, home care, or food/feed is advantageous.
- Proactive, hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, sustainability, and building impactful technology companies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex topics, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate across technical and commercial teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in fast-paced environments, taking ownership of projects and delivering results independently.
