About the role

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned checkout, re-engagement, post-purchase, churn prevention, etc.)
  • Audit existing flows and identify gaps or improvement opportunities
  • Ensure flows are triggered correctly and aligned with user behavior
  • Create and schedule email and SMS campaigns
  • Coordinate messaging with product launches, promotions, and operational updates
  • Ensure consistent branding, tone, and compliance
  • Build advanced segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and attributes
  • Maintain clean lists and manage suppression logic
  • Partner with tech teams to ensure accurate event tracking and data syncs
  • Monitor open rates, CTR, conversion, and revenue attribution
  • A/B test subject lines, content, timing, and flows
  • Improve deliverability and sender reputation
  • Ensure messaging aligns with healthcare marketing standards and privacy regulations
  • Maintain unsubscribe, consent, and preference management best practices

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years hands-on experience with Klaviyo
  • Strong experience building lifecycle flows and segmentation
  • Solid understanding of email and SMS deliverability
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail.
