About the role
- Build, maintain, and optimize Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned checkout, re-engagement, post-purchase, churn prevention, etc.)
- Audit existing flows and identify gaps or improvement opportunities
- Ensure flows are triggered correctly and aligned with user behavior
- Create and schedule email and SMS campaigns
- Coordinate messaging with product launches, promotions, and operational updates
- Ensure consistent branding, tone, and compliance
- Build advanced segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and attributes
- Maintain clean lists and manage suppression logic
- Partner with tech teams to ensure accurate event tracking and data syncs
- Monitor open rates, CTR, conversion, and revenue attribution
- A/B test subject lines, content, timing, and flows
- Improve deliverability and sender reputation
- Ensure messaging aligns with healthcare marketing standards and privacy regulations
- Maintain unsubscribe, consent, and preference management best practices
Requirements
- 2–4+ years hands-on experience with Klaviyo
- Strong experience building lifecycle flows and segmentation
- Solid understanding of email and SMS deliverability
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Excellent written English and attention to detail.
