About the role

  • As an Operations Intern (m/f) you will join our committed team and help ensure smooth processes from ordering to delivery
  • You will take primary responsibility for ordering our bikes
  • You will check order confirmations and invoices for completeness and accuracy
  • You will assist with product implementation and website maintenance
  • You will maintain our backend systems and keep them up to date
  • You will act as the interface between Sales and Operations, ensuring a smooth flow of information
  • You will proactively inform our customers about shipments and delivery dates
  • You will support the team on rotating projects and gain exposure to different areas of the company

Requirements

  • You must be able to understand Swiss German
  • You speak fluent German and at least a good level of English (company language)
  • French is a strong advantage
  • Currently enrolled in studies or have completed Matura (Swiss high school diploma) / vocational apprenticeship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient with CRM software and MS Office
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • A team player who can work independently as well as in a team
