About the role
- Support the smooth handling of orders through to delivery
- Responsible for placing bike orders and verifying order accuracy
- Assist with product implementation and maintenance of the website
- Maintain backend systems
- Act as the interface between Sales and Operations
- Proactively inform customers about deliveries and appointments
- Support the team on various projects
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program or completed secondary school (Matura) / vocational apprenticeship
- Must be able to understand at least Swiss German
- Fluent in German and at least good working proficiency in English (company language)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Team player, able to work independently and collaboratively
