About the role
- Manage the entire customer booking lifecycle, including creation, modification, and cancellation;
- Provide specialized support to our travel partners;
- Ensure high-quality customer service with attention to detail and personalized care;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Tourism or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a travel agency or tour operator
- Proficiency with airline reservation systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo
- Strong customer service orientation, with friendliness and professionalism
- Availability to work night shifts
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
