- Manage the full cycle of customer bookings, including creation, modification, and cancellation

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Tourism
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a travel agency or tour operator
- Proficiency with airline booking systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo
- Strong customer service orientation, with friendliness and professionalism
- Availability for flexible schedules and shifts
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
