About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact for administrative and operational HR matters for employees and partners
- Ensure the efficient execution of internal processes and support day-to-day HR operations
- Maintain accurate people data, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
- Support payroll activities
- Assist the People Operations team in maintaining and updating operational guidelines and internal procedures, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Organize, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of employee records and personnel documentation
- Update and manage internal HR databases (e.g., vacation balances, absences, leaves of absence)
- Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, and other materials related to new hires and employee lifecycle events
- Support communication and coordination with external partners, such as insurance providers and other HR vendors
- Assist with payroll processing by ensuring HR systems are updated with relevant employee information (e.g., sick leave, parental leave, unpaid leave)
- Support ticket management on our service desk
- Provide administrative support across recruitment and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in People Operations, Human Resources Administration, or similar roles
- Good user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Human Resources management software; knowledge of Primavera is a plus
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR administrative practices
- Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements and support continuous process optimization
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
