About the role
- Perform multiple functions in the Bank Operations Wires and Instant Payments
- Process domestic and international wire transfers
- Perform wire investigations research and review
- Support the RTP and FedNow payments rails
- Demonstrate analytical capabilities while performing tasks
- Ensure client satisfaction through service quality and professionalism
- Assure compliance with all Bank policies and applicable regulations
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in the financial services industry
- Intermediate experience knowledge and training in branch operation activities, terminology and products and services related to retail and commercial account customers
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
- Ability to understand and analyze large amounts of data
